Dayong Zhang has been engaged in plastic surgery since graduating from medical university in 2004. He has worked for many years in the plastic surgery departments of domestic Class A tertiary hospitals and multinational plastic surgery chain hospitals, and has traveled to South Korea, Japan, and other countries for advanced training and study multiple times. He has been invited to international conferences to participate in discussions, give lectures, and perform surgical demonstrations, and has received honors and awards such as Outstanding Paper and Outstanding Doctor. He has a solid theoretical foundation and outstanding clinical expertise.

Dr. Zhang is well-read and innovative in practice. Through years of study and comparison of Chinese and Western body aesthetics and facial aesthetics, he has distilled and refined a set of surgical methods suited to the physiological characteristics, temperament, and personality of Asian people. He opposes exaggerated surgical results that exceed the limits of human tissue. He believes that the beauty of facial features lies in naturalness and harmony. To achieve this effect, customized comprehensive assessment and precise mastery of surgical details are essential, so as to achieve the aesthetic effect that “a fraction more would be too long, a fraction less would be too short”.

For more than ten years, Dr. Zhang has also been committed to the exchange and dissemination of plastic surgery techniques in China, including eye, nose, and autologous fat grafting. He has served as a foreign expert at Simmi Eye and Nose Plastic Surgery Clinic in South Korea and a visiting expert at Lee Seung-hwan Plastic Surgery Clinic in South Korea. He has published several papers in domestic and international academic journals, participated in the compilation of one academic monograph, and established a presence in the international academic community.
